Consci\u00eancia Agro is a program that integrates diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives from Ourofino Agroci\u00eancia, a Brazilian company with more than a decade of experience in national agribusiness, which offers innovative and personalized solutions to meet the needs of Brazilian rural producers.\n<\/p>\n

Social commitment

The Women’s Development Program is another initiative that, in addition to promoting diversity, reinforces Ourofino Agroci\u00eancia’s activities to generate positive social impact, which has already been done through support for projects, connection with schools and universities, among others. Its performance on this and also on the environmental management and governance fronts earned the company, at the beginning of the year, recognition from Bureau Veritas, an international certification organization, with the BV ESG 360 seal, which assesses the level of sustainable maturity of companies.\n<\/p>\n

The training themes will be based on the business and main skills for development by 2027, according to the World Economic Forum: agro market; analytical thinking and critical thinking; creative thinking; systems thinking, technological literacy; AI and big data; motivation and self-awareness; curiosity and continuous learning; resilience, agility and flexibility; talent management; and service orientation and customer service.\n<\/p>\n
