Consciência Agro is a program that integrates diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives from Ourofino Agrociência, a Brazilian company with more than a decade of experience in national agribusiness, which offers innovative and personalized solutions to meet the needs of Brazilian rural producers.

Here, we believe that inclusive environments are essential and encourage productive conversations, exchanges of experiences and build a more egalitarian and respectful society. That’s why we’re expanding our social awareness beyond the company’s doors, sharing our agro awareness.

With this program, we want to contribute to the social development of our sector and country, through training, communication and other actions that help us promote diversity, equity and inclusion as yet another way of exercising our purpose of reimagine Brazilian agriculture.

Social commitment

The Women’s Development Program is another initiative that, in addition to promoting diversity, reinforces Ourofino Agrociência’s activities to generate positive social impact, which has already been done through support for projects, connection with schools and universities, among others. Its performance on this and also on the environmental management and governance fronts earned the company, at the beginning of the year, recognition from Bureau Veritas, an international certification organization, with the BV ESG 360 seal, which assesses the level of sustainable maturity of companies.

What is the course content?

The training themes will be based on the business and main skills for development by 2027, according to the World Economic Forum: agro market; analytical thinking and critical thinking; creative thinking; systems thinking, technological literacy; AI and big data; motivation and self-awareness; curiosity and continuous learning; resilience, agility and flexibility; talent management; and service orientation and customer service.

Registration for the program is now open! Women who have completed or are in the final year of any technical/undergraduate course can apply. In addition, you must have internet access and availability to participate in recorded and live classes.
