Inédito ®

Unprecedented Profitability and Productivity.

Meet Inédito ®

Reimagined herbicide, composed of the active ingredients glufosinate and carfentrazone, with mechanisms of action that inhibit the activity of glutamine synthetase (Group H) and PROTOX (Group E).

The high quality of the formulation and its surfactants promote greater tolerance to rainfall after application and speed of control, resulting in excellent management of weeds that are tolerant, resistant and of difficult control.

Inédito ® Mode of Action

After reaching leaves and other aerial parts, Inédito is rapidly absorbed by the plant and starts to operate inhibiting glutamine synthetase and PROTOX. With the inhibition of glutamine synthetase, which is responsible for the conversion of ammonia (NH3), formed in the cell as glutamic acid to form glutamine, there is an increase in NH2 within the cell, consequently leading to its death.

With the inhibition of PROTOX, the accumulation of protoporphyrinogen occurs, which diffuses to the place where a non-enzymatic oxidation takes place. In this case, the interaction between oxygen and light occurs, causing lipid peroxidation in cell membranes, resulting in the death of the plant.

Features and Benefits of Inédito ®

Features

Benefits

  • Broad spectrum in the management of challenging, resistant, or tolerant weeds to glyphosate and other herbicides

  • High performance in pre-plant management of crops such as soybean, corn, and cotton for controlling grassy and broadleaf weeds

  • Two different mechanisms of action compared to EPSPS inhibitors (glyphosate), ALS inhibitors (sulfonylureas and others), or ACCase inhibitors (grassy fops and dims)

  • An excellent alternative for managing challenging weeds tolerant or resistant to glyphosate and other herbicides

  • Selective for soybean, corn, and cotton crops when applied in pre-sowing management

  • Enhanced safety in weed management for applications close to planting. It does not present “carryover” effects.

  • Innovative formulation containing unique surfactants and high-quality, pure raw materials, produced in one of the most modern and production-capable factories in Latin America

  • High quality formulation, application safety, increased tolerance to rain-induced losses after application, improved control performance, and operational efficiency.
